From Blank Page to Full Room
The Reality:
Your team has strong ideas and no clear shape to put them in. Or you have the shape and nobody with the capacity to build it. Or you're stuck in the keynote-panel-networking loop, knowing your audience deserves better. A concept only counts if someone carries it all the way to the day.
What I Bring:
I work at three depths, depending on what you already have.
Design. We shape the concept together, or I build it and hand it over.
Organisation. I take the event on as a project and run it. Programme, speakers, suppliers, timeline, run of show, and the hundred decisions in the last two weeks. One senior person accountable, not a rotating account team.
Delivery. I'm there on the day running it, making sure what we planned is what happens. I can take the stage myself, or brief and support whoever does.
How It Works
Design
Purpose Alignment — Define what success really means
Audience Journey Mapping — Design from their perspective
Format Innovation — Break free from traditional structures
Experience Design — Create moments that matter
Flow Creation — Build natural narrative and energy arcs
Organisation
Programme Build — Speakers, sessions, and the order they land in
Timeline and Ownership — Who does what, by when, with nothing sitting unowned
Venue and Supplier Coordination — Briefed to the concept, not just the budget
Run of Show — A timed document your team and your suppliers can work from
On the Day — Rehearsals, cues, and the calls that get made when the schedule slips
Ways to Work Together
Design workshop. Half-day intensive or full-day immersive. Online, offline, or hybrid. Your team leaves owning the concept.
Design and build. I design the event and organise it as a project through to the day. You get one person who knows why every choice was made.
End to end. Design, organisation, and me running the day. On the mic too, if that's what you need.
Perfect for
Teams planning signature events
Organizations ready to innovate formats
Groups needing creative alignment
Companies transitioning to experience-first events
Small teams running an event bigger than their capacity
